CUSTOM DUTIES

To our customers in Australia, please note that we need to add a service tax (GST) to all orders from Australia for us to comply with Australian import tax laws. Please see the ATO website for more details.

VAT (at 20%) is automatically taken off any orders being delivered outside the EU. This amount has already been deducted from the listed price. Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and custome clearance costs for delivery or returns incurred in the country of destination.

EU orders: We would like to reassure all of our European customers that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section.

CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?

 We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

CAN I DELIVER TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses, and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your Levion order and that all our orders require a signature for delivery.

I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE PIECE OF JEWELRY, CAN IT BE PACKED SEPARATELY FOR A GIFT?

Any wishes are your command, we just kindly ask you to notify us before with a note at the checkout or if you forgot to include it, with an email with the number of your order so that we can prepare the package for any specific request.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 28 days of purchase. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please complete and include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase so we can process your request swiftly. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for any International / European orders. We will be able to provide a return label only if the country of origin is a country in the European Union otherwise the customers will need to provide a tracking number and label to send any unwanted items back at their own expense and only when we will receive the package and check the status of the item will be provided a refund.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND MEANWHILE MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN TRANSIT?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, we do not proceed with any type of refund till the moment it has been delivered, however, if the delivery time exceeds 60 days from the day of purchase, we guarantee a full refund.

We do accept refunds on all ear cuffs, however, we do not accept refunds on earrings including Huggies and clickers. 

Refunds are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.

Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. If your item has been bought via any coupon, we will not refund you.

We do not accept returns on any sample sale, sale products, or engraved items.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items - EXCLUDING earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.

EXCHANGES

Please note, that we no longer accept exchanges, including rings.

HOW TO RETURN?

Free returns for EU and UK customers.

We offer extended returns. Orders can be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Free EU returns are accepted from mainland UK only and exclude Northern Ireland. Returns from outside the EU and UK may be subject to a return fee. This cost is calculated in our returns portal.

We aim to process all orders within 14 working days, however, in some cases, this may be extended to 30 working days, due to this busy time of year.
