We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or if one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.

UK Orders: We would like to reassure all of our British customers that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws. We're working hard to make sure your shopping experience at Levion remains completely seamless.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given period will only be refunded at Levion’s discretion.

However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items - excluding earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days.

- MISTAKE IN INVOICE, RECEIPTS, OR PAYMENTS Any mistakes in invoices, receipts, or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 5 working days of agreeing to do so.

Claims can only be made through our Levion Customer Service department. Any claims made before prior communication with the Levion Customer Service department will not be considered.
All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any claim in respect of the above should be made by CONTACTING US within 48hrs of delivery.
No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Levion.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
From time to time, Levion will offer promotional codes at points of sale (either directly or via third parties). Levion has the right to further reduce its products and is unable to refund the difference to customers.
Please note that the below terms apply:

- Refunds will take into account the discount.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by Spanish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts in the event of a dispute.
SALES
During sale events, Levion has the right to set the price of their goods at a marked-down price. A reduction in the price of an item after your purchase does not entitle you to a refund.
Promotional codes are not redeemable on marked-down items and can only be applied to full-price items on the site.
Please also note that if a promotional or sale discount was applied to your order, then the same discount will be applied if you require a return or exchange (please see above for details of our returns and exchange policy). This means that you will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order.
QUALITY
All goods sold by Levion meet statutory requirements. However, Levion cannot accept responsibility, where goods supplied, are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
Please note that all items are handcrafted from natural materials and as such their composition and color may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specification

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than the actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than the actual size to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size to show the entire item.
Every effort has been made to illustrate colors accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true color of the jewelry will be exactly as shown.

All credit /debit card payments on levionjewelry.com are processed via Shopify Payments. Paypal is processed via their own Shopify integrations. Levion assumes no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. Shopify Payments complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive. We accept payments using Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, and Paypal.
LIABILITY
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within seven working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:
- To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
- To replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and have the courier.
